Pedagogy if you are wondering, it
is my style of teaching and how I teach - simply put, how I facilitate students learning and my ability to assess and make judgement on what students have learnt. It's being able to gauge the new knowledge gained and report on their success and monitor their participation. It's my ability to evaluate their learning against the syllabus and the curriculum.
